Hey!

I'm Nikita Singh, a counseling psychologist and a sports & performance psychologist ( Double M.A Counseling and Sports Psychology) with 7+ years and 800+ sessions of experience.

I practice Person-Centered Therapy. In our sessions, I'll focus entirely on you and your experiences, without judgment or interpretation. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns at your own pace, with you leading the way. My role is to provide empathy, understanding, and unconditional support as you navigate your journey towards self-discovery and growth. Let's work together to help you find clarity, healing, and empowerment. I also integrate Inner Child Healing, Sport Performance techniques, Holistic Wellness approaches, and Movement Therapy into our sessions.

Remember that self-compassion is key on this journey. Embrace your work in progress with kindness and understanding.

Know More About Me as a Therapist

Think of therapy as cleaning the dust off a mirror, revealing your true reflection underneath or picture therapy as a puzzle. Each session is like finding another piece that helps you understand yourself better and see the bigger picture of your life more clearly.

How I think of therapy

Welcome! I'm your friendly neighborhood therapist, here to provide a safe space for your journey of self-discovery and growth. Think of me as your co-pilot on this wild ride called life – approachable, curious, and armed with dad jokes. With a person-centered, talk therapy approach, I'm all about creating a holistic healing experience that's as refreshing as a cool breeze on a hot day. Let's unpack your baggage together and turn those 'aha' moments into 'ahhh' moments!

How I am as a therapist

Becoming a therapist was driven by my profound passion for wellness and aiding others in overcoming life's hurdles. My journey stems from navigating a tense corporate atmosphere, childhood in competitive sports, and witnessing the emotional struggles of loved ones. These experiences propelled me towards therapy, where I strive to create a safe haven for healing and growth. My aim? To make a tangible difference, giving back to the world in any way possible.

Why I Became a Therapist

The best part of my job as a therapist is the beautiful diversity it brings. From training and educating to sharing knowledge, I'm constantly learning and growing alongside my clients. Embracing the challenge of a non-one-size-fits-all approach, I find joy in building emotional awareness and witnessing the small yet powerful changes that enhance lives. Therapy grounds both me and my clients, offering a vast scope for exploration and transformation.
