Hi, I am a counseling psychologist and therapy with me is a space that’s entirely yours. A place to show up as you are- without judgment, without pressure.

 

You don’t need to come in with the “right” words or a plan. This is where you get to show up as you are, and together we’ll make sense of what you’re carrying.​

My priority is always you.

I offer safe, non-judgmental therapy for adults- whether you’re seeking deep healing or practical, goal-oriented support. Our sessions will feel safe, authentic, and warm.  With me, curiosity means I’ll listen deeply to your story; comfort and safety mean you can bring anything without fear; authenticity keeps our work real and human; and joy reminds us that therapy isn’t only about struggle, it’s also about finding lightness, play, and moments of aliveness along the way.

My approach draws from narrative, humanistic, and movement-based work, and I expand from other therapeutic modalities to ensure that therapy is always tailor-made for you.

I’m a counseling psychologist with 5 years of experience.

  • B.A. in Psychology, Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR, DU)

  • M.A. in Clinical Psychology, Delhi University (South Campus)

  • Trainings in DBT, IFS, Relational Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing

💼 Professional Experience

  • 2+ years practicing therapy and building SafeTherapy, a mental health startup supporting therapists and clients

  • 2+ years working in the startup world across education, content, and marketing

📖 Outside the therapy room: I love stories- in books, movies, dance, and writing. Which is why in sessions, I’ll be deeply curious about your story, and how we can shape it into something that feels freer, kinder, and more alive.

The free consultation call will happen with our head psychologist and founder, Hrishika. She will create a space for you to share what’s on your mind and explore how therapy can support you. You will also be suggested a therapist from our team based on your concerns, expectations, and budget.

 

It’s a no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, express any concerns, and understand how the process works. The goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident about taking the next step.
