Meet Your Facilitator: Dakshita Sabharwal

Dakshita is a counseling psychologist with 4+ years of experience. Her idea is to create a safe and comfortable space for the individual to express themselves and facilitate the navigation process in a way that empowers the client and fosters their overall growth and self-discovery.

Here's what Dakshita is preparing for the support group:​

- Before the meets: Get some exercises and psychoeducation material for relationship dynamics
- During the meets: Engage in experiential activities designed by her to help you manage your relationship issues
- After the meets: Get your relationship toolkit and a support resource for your journey ahead
