Whether you feel lonely quite a lot, think no one loves you, feel FOMO after looking at social media or just want to meet more people, this group offers a compassionate space to share, heal, and grow together:
Meet 1: Discuss common triggers to your loneliness, experience. Identify personal experiences and patterns of your feelings
Meet 2: Discuss and learn how to manage FOMO, social pressures, comparison culture, and societal expectations on feelings of inadequacy
Meet 3: Learn practical strategies to manage our emotions, initiating conversations, deepening connections, and nurturing supportive environments.
Meet 4: Practice self-compassion exercises and self-care rituals to nurture a positive self-image and inner resilience. Explore avenues for finding fulfillment outside of social validation and external pressures.
What Will We Talk About?

Meet Your Facilitator: Nikita Singh
Nikita is a counseling psychologist with 7+ years of experience. In her sessions, she focuses entirely on you and your experiences, without judgment or interpretation. Her work centers around providing you with empathy, understanding, and unconditional support as you navigate your journey towards self-discovery and growth.
Here's what Nikita is preparing for the support circle:
- Before the meets: Get some exercises for self-compassion and mental health, and psychoeducation material for loneliness
- During the meets: Engage in experiential activities designed by her to help you manage your loneliness and FOMO related challenges
- After the meets: Get your toolkit and a support resource for your journey ahead
