We promise a positive and inclusive environment where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive in all aspects of life. Through sharing knowledge, strategies, and resources, we aim to promote self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth among our members. You can expect:

- Psychoeducation by our therapist facilitator
- Reflections and insights discussion
- Practical strategies and activities for daily life

- Navigating the "whys and hows" of social anxiety

- Coping strategies and practicing self-compassion

- Learning techniques to overcome social anxiety

Meet Your Facilitator: Utkarsha Jagga

Utkarsha is a counseling psychologist with 4+ years of experience. In her sessions, she builds a safe, empathetic, and equal relationships with people. She works collaboratively where you will feel safe and have your own space.

Here's what Utkarsha is preparing for the support circle:​

- Before the circle: Get some exercises for self-compassion and mental health, and psychoeducation material for social anxiety
- During the circle: Engage in experiential activities designed by her to help you manage your social anxiety related challenges
- After the circle: Get your mental health toolkit and a support resource for your journey ahead
