Dr. Saniya Bedi is a counseling psychologist with 9+ years of experience. She has successfully built a thriving private practice and a social media presence. She generally uses an eclectic approach in her sessions, using a mix of CBT, Behavioural therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and ACT among others.
