What To Expect?

Happening at Greh Pravesh Therapy & Healing Center (in West Patel Nagar, New Delhi) this space is for all mental health professionals to learn and experience the Person of the Therapist (POTT) Model which emphasises on the therapists’ ability to make mindful use of their selves and their life experiences within the professional role of therapist – the therapeutic relationship, the assessment process, and the implementation of interventions.

We promise the safety of a space where you can explore your signature theme, which is your unique style arising from getting in touch with your own human "woundedness", in turn enabling you to connect with your client's "woundedness."

In this space, you can expect:

- Peer support and experience sharing
- Guidance and learnings from our therapist facilitator
- Reflections and insights discussion
- Forming deep connections with other therapists

The goal of this meeting, is for therapists to:

- Explore our personhood leading to our therapist identity, understanding how our personal selves impact our therapeutic work

- Discuss our own cases to unlayer our personhood and integrate it with our therapist self

- Participate in reflective exercises integrating our personal qualities into our professional roles, and gaining confidence in navigating complex client interactions

- Build meaningful peer connections, fostering a supportive community of like-minded therapists dedicated to personal and professional growth

- During the meetup: Engage in discussions, exercises, and self-reflection activities facilitated by Aanya to orient yourself to the POTT model
- After the meetup: Get your full POTT model toolkit, plus your networking base of therapists who came to the event

I loved how everyone who were meeting for the first time, felt comfortable and safe to share their deepest concerns. Thanks for providing such a significant platform.

It was great listening the same thing with others and still coping with a smile, boosted energy that we will overcome soon.. thankyou so much.. and yay it should happen again

It was a delightful and thought provoking experience for me. I am eternally happy for me that I chose to enroll in this session.
