I'm Tanzuma, a clinical psychologist with 10+ years and 10000+ sessions of experience.
While I take an eclectic approach to therapy, I tend to lean more towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) techniques.
With CBT, we'll focus on understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other, and work on changing patterns that aren't serving you well. I also prioritize understanding and addressing any past traumas you've experienced, and with REBT, we'll tackle unhelpful beliefs that may be holding you back.
I work with concerns like depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, relationship, adjustment issues, addictions, queer affirmative , body image issues, and more.
Taking a step forward to heal oneself is itself an achievement.

How I think of therapy
I am a good and empathetic listener. Every one has their own share of experiences and I try to understand them through their experience also help them heal. I mostly prefer holistic approach , taking up other professional in the frame to give my client the best of it.
