What Will We Talk About?

Meet Your Facilitator: Kashika Sachdeva
Kashika is a counseling psychologist with 1+ years of experience who works on a relational, trauma-informed basis, & uses IFS, DBT, CBT, & somatic techniques in her practice. She attends regular supervision for IFS to strengthen her skills.
Here's what Kashika is preparing for the session:
- Before the meet: Get some pre-read material and exercises related to IFS so you can be prepared for our engaging session
- During the meet: Get to do some role-plays and exercises that will help you build confidence with the IFS approach
- After the meet: Get your IFS toolkit to build more knowledge and skills

I loved how everyone who were meeting for the first time, felt comfortable and safe to share their deepest concerns. Thanks for providing such a significant platform.
It was great listening the same thing with others and still coping with a smile, boosted energy that we will overcome soon.. thankyou so much.. and yay it should happen again
It was a delightful and thought provoking experience for me. I am eternally happy for me that I chose to enroll in this session.
