Meet Your Facilitator: Kashika Sachdeva

Kashika is a counseling psychologist with 1+ years of experience who works on a relational, trauma-informed basis, & uses IFS, DBT, CBT, & somatic techniques in her practice. She attends regular supervision for IFS to strengthen her skills.

Here's what Kashika is preparing for the session:

- Before the meet: Get some pre-read material and exercises related to IFS so you can be prepared for our engaging session
- During the meet: Get to do some role-plays and exercises that will help you build confidence with the IFS approach
- After the meet: Get your IFS toolkit to build more knowledge and skills
